Design services include turnkey solutions of an energy system to component analysis for fine tuning existing installations. Navitas Systems understands that each project is unique with its design and power requirements; therefore the appropriate leadership is required to guide a project successfully to its completion. A dedicated Program Manager is assigned to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Program Manager tracks all tasks and milestones. Schedules are developed to monitor the critical path and to avoid potential conflicts before they occur. Each Program Team will consist of a Program Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing and Regulatory Engineering, Customer Service contact and a representative from our Quality Department.
Communication is critical to the mutual success of every project. Internally, Navitas conducts weekly progress meetings to discuss project status, action items and open issues to ensure that all departments are working to achieve the project goals. With customers, conference calls are routinely conducted in order to review timelines and project status. Navitas Systems has the people and processes to meet the dynamic needs of our customers.
